Description:

G-Research is a leading quantitative research and technology firm, with offices in London and Dallas.
We are proud to employ some of the best people in their field and to nurture their talent in a dynamic, flexible and highly stimulating culture where world-beating ideas are cultivated and rewarded.
This is a hybrid role based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the face of Talent Acquisition at G-research, assisting in running our front-of-house operation, managing our remote and on-site assessment processes, and delivering a world class candidate experience.
You will gain exposure to talent acquisition within Engineering, Quantitative Research and Early Careers, as well as supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition with procurement, budgeting and travel processes.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing all assessment processes, ensuring tests and interviews progress as planned and any changes are rapidly addressed
  • Managing the diary for 11 interview rooms in London and coordinating relevant spaces in Dallas, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms are presentable at all times
  • Being a super user for our ATS (Workday) and CRM (Hubspot) systems, acting as a first-line of support for the TA team
  • Delivering an elite candidate experience, ensuring that candidates have a seamless onsite and remote interviewing journey
  • Being the face of the Talent Acquisition team for candidates and interviewers alike, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the company
  • Supporting on scheduling tests and interviews for a range of roles across the business
  • Working with our procurement, legal and finance teams to onboard vendors and manage TA budget
  • Ad-hoc project work for the TA team
