Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, speech language pathologists, administrators and other professionals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
- Provide an advisory approach to talent acquisition - ensure the entire process delivers a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates through effective coaching, planning, communication and delivery of outcomes
- Proactively source talent by leveraging social media and other online networks to identify and attract qualified “great fit” candidates
- Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for hard to fill roles – keep them engaged
- Screen, interview, and short list candidates for hiring managers and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly
- Provide hiring managers with regular weekly status updates on hiring progress and adjust the strategy as required
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events
