DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Required 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal, WSD and internship applications/mobility, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the talent acquisition process and improve the processes as and when necessary.
- Compiling, consolidating and safekeeping of job descriptions in a database.
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases.
- Compile and update different type of reports for Talent Acquisition team
- Build and ensure updated recruitment tracking dashboard at all times
- Work together with Human Resource Technology on Applicant Tracking System and any recruitment technologies in the organisation.
- Manage and handle the talent acquisition matters for MyCareersFuture, Singapore website
- Support global launch of HR, talent acquisition related events (including career fairs / career related events)
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company
