Overview:
Join our dynamic and innovative team at Gallagher as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! We are a global leader in Insurance, risk management and consulting services, and we have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Global Support (TAGS) team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our regional talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, auditing records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer creation.
  • Audit and manage candidate workflow activities within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in support of recruiter activities.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics.
  • As needed, screen candidate resumes and applications to identify potential matches for open positions on behalf of recruiter.
  • Provide customer service for all talent acquisition operational inquiries through ticketing system and fulfill requests as defined by established SLAs.
  • Support agency vendor partner activity and submitted candidates through expected processes.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Desiered)
  • 3+ Years relevant experience. (Desiered)
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms –preferably iCIMS.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Highly organized with proven time-management skills; strong process improvement orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
