Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be part of the IBM Global Talent Acquisition team and work with Talent Acquisition professionals, HR stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers. You will be processing transactions and providing support to all-round talent acquisition activities for IBM Japan and its subsidiaries as below.
- Schedule interviews with Japanese candidates, and Japanese hiring managers, and coordinate the process with Japanese recruitment agencies.
- Perform pre-employment checks.
- Generate offer letters.
- Process payments of transportation fees related to talent acquisition (e.g., interviews, aptitude tests, internships).
- Process procurement requests related to talent acquisition (e.g., equipment needed for seminars/interviews and agency fees).
- Maintain accurate records of talent acquisition activities done to ensure audit readiness.
- Work closely with the in-country HR and talent acquisition professionals within IBM Japan to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work assigned.
- Work with various teams within the company to handle and resolve ad-hoc requests/inquiries from clients.
