Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and share that knowledge with others
- Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to ensuring that our growth continues. You will provide an exceptional experience for candidates, talent acquisition partners and hiring managers throughout KBR’s hiring process and support a tight-knit talent acquisition team to achieve excellence.
You will support the hiring and pipelining of talent for KBR’s Government Solutions business, with a focus on continuous improvement and providing organisation assistance. You will also contribute to sourcing, interviewing/assessment, employer branding and general administration of the talent acquisition function.
