Responsibilities:

  • Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
  • Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
  • Supports TA Operations across the Americas Region with administrative and candidate facing post-offer support.
  • Track new hire process from offer accept through start; initiate pre-employment checks and sends the candidate and hiring manager new employee welcome correspondence.
  • Partner with AskHR, background check vendor and Compliance throughout the hiring process to resolve issues related to the pre-employment checks.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to key stakeholders (i.e. Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, and candidate).
  • Continually provide input on process improvement efforts to develop and implement more efficient administrative systems and procedures
