MSS Security is looking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the TA team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, and build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
About the role

The position is responsible for proactive, early engagement with candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet the resourcing needs of the business.

  • Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and recruitment platforms
  • Manage candidate lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for hiring manager for interviews, feedback collection, compliance and offer
  • Managing proactive recruitment initiatives and talent pipelining
  • Project and adhoc work as required

About you:

  • Strong communication skills in a customer service environment
  • Experience meeting tight timeframes and Key Performance Indicators
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and in-house systems
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Keen to understand demographics of the business’ footprint
