QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment coordination role, with a proven track record of successfully supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE:
Passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Working closely with seasoned professionals, you’ll leverage your expertise to coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, managing multiple calendars and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
