As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited:
  • Creating & posting job openings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contract
  • Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration in a medium -large global organisation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English language skills, with one other European language an advantage.
