About The Role
Sense is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our forward-thinking People team, based in our Birmingham office, working on a hybrid basis.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate the hiring process from job advert creation, hiring manager briefing calls, attraction campaigns and direct sourcing in order to secure the best talent for Sense. The ideal candidate will be great at following clear processes and support hiring managers to ensure that we deliver outstanding candidate experiences and move the organisation forward by finding outstanding, diverse talent to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify role requirements and promote the opportunities to internal and external audiences.
Source candidates by using direct sourcing databases and social media.
Evaluate and screen candidate applications.
Provide support in shortlisting, longlisting and interviews for hiring managers when needed.
Work with hiring managers to utilise best practice in recruiting methods and in the creation of the selection process.
Ensure that all activity is undertaken in line with regulatory requirements.
Key skills and experience
Proven experience of working within a recruitment team and being able to demonstrate the efficient execution of the tasks above.
You will need to be completely aligned with our values, and a team player through and through.
Demonstrable experience of using applicant tracking systems and other candidate management tools.
Great communication – (verbal and written skills), and stakeholder management.
Intermediate level use of Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
