Are you ready to make a difference? Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is the driving force behind attracting and securing top global talent for UNSW. We provide end-to-end talent acquisition services across all University Faculties and Divisions.
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a passion for finding top talent to join our close-knit and high performing TA team. As the TA Coordinator, you will be a proactive team player with recruitment experience and a strong customer focus. You will support hiring managers meet their recruitment requirements by providing a 360-recruitment service, from job brief to onboarding. In this unique and rewarding opportunity you will help candidates secure their dream jobs and equally play a crucial role in shaping our ongoing success as a leading teaching and research university.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Consultant for this area, you will be joining an established Talent Acquisition function with a wealth of knowledge to learn from.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take job briefs, prepare and post engaging job advertisements
  • Foster productive and trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Respond to queries from candidates and clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain our recruitment system PageUp and shortlist applications
  • Prepare reference checks, background checks and offer letters
  • Collaborate with the larger HR Unit, including Payroll and Operations
