FanDuel is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Analyst to join our People Team. We are committed to hiring best in class talent while providing a positive candidate experience and developing an exciting and respected employer brand. In this newly created role, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Operations Director to analyze recruiting data, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, put together presentations to share with key business stakeholders and further build out and automate TA reporting. You will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and work on a variety of projects as FanDuel continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, shifting gears quickly, creating processes, measuring the success of everything, storytelling and influencing change with data.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience building dashboards and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Experience working with recruiting systems (HRIS, ATS, CRM, sourcing tools)
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead specific projects or initiatives
