Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Engage business managers, understand manpower demand, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels. Drive results in meeting KPI and timeline.
- Place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessments.
- Screening & shortlisting candidates, making recommendations to hiring manager and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
- Organise and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
- Handle staff recruitment activities, including prepare letter of appointment, pre-employment check-up, booking of SSIC course, onboarding formalities and conduct orientation briefings to new staff.
- Work pass administration (Application, Renewal and Cancellation).
- Ensure recruitment turnaround time is kept within target.
- Work closely with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process, keeping them updated in timely manner on all hiring requirements.
- Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guideline and audit requirement.
- Update HR databases and maintain employee records (e.g. personal file and HR system).
- Perform HR administrative tasks and office support activities like data entry, filing, scanning, arranging meeting etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report.
- Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of Talent Sourcing, Acquisition and Operations
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategy
- Sourcing experience like databases, networks, job boards, social media, online forums, Blogs etc.
- Experienced in executing social media recruitment and branding activities on LinkedIn
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems
- Prefer staying West area
