Description:

A well-established marine company located in Tuas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive on permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including recruitment agents, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
