Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in recruitment and selection methods, particularly within the IT hiring domain.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct various interview types with proficiency.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Background or current experience in recruiting for Information Technology is advantageous.
  • Capability to establish and nurture effective working relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Two to three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Professional certification, such as from the HR Certification Institute.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & collaborate with the hiring managers to understand the requirements for candidate selection criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to discern precise candidate selection criteria.
  • Utilize various online channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms to source potential applicants.
  • Craft detailed job descriptions tailored to each position’s requirements.
  • Assess CVs to compile a list of the most suitable candidates and maintain an updated database.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events to establish a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Manage candidate records meticulously, including interview notes, feedback, and communication, within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from attraction to selection and interview.
  • Scrutinize resumes and job applications, employing diverse recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Conduct interviews effectively, adhering to HR recruiting best practices.
  • Cultivate strong candidate relationships and act as a primary point of contact during the selection process.
  • Develop a talent pipeline for immediate hiring needs and succession planning.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Remain abreast of HR trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates and internal employees for referrals on recruiting status via phone and email, while meticulously tracking recruiting activities and generating weekly activity reports.
