THE DETAILS:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the posting approved open positions on external websites and social media outlets
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties which include but not limited to: answer telephones; compose emails and create documents; schedule meetings; manage the recruiting calendar; order office supplies; create and maintain folders and files
  • Coordination of campus recruiting events throughout the year
  • Perform on boarding procedures including reference, employment verifications and background checks
  • Point of contact for staffing agencies. Liaison between agencies, hiring managers and recruiting team
  • Take ownership of tracking candidates presented by agencies
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • High sense of urgency in responding to candidates, hiring managers, and staffing agencies with a focus on best-in-class service
  • Assist with updating job descriptions
  • Prepare general reports and presentations
  • Propose suggestions and ideas for process improvements
  • Provide backup to the HR Team when assistance is needed or in absences
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Delivers consistently exceptional customer service to Revolve employees at all levels and external points of contact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
  • 1+ years Human Resources or Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking system ADP
  • Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $20.00- $25.00/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE TALENT ACQUISITION & HR COORDINATOR ROLE:

This is a permanent full-time position for an entry level candidate looking to grow into an HR/ Recruiting professional. This position may evolve, which will require duties and responsibilities in addition to the details outlined below. In general, this positions supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and acts as the first point of contact for the company. This position will work on-site at the Cerritos HQ. The person in this role needs to be resourceful and tech savvy with the ability to excel in a fast paced work environment.
