REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Two to five years’ experience in a similar role in a company operating in a competitive market;
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices;
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an strong asset;
  • Solid experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent command of the Google suite, social networks and recruitment platforms;
  • Good knowledge of specialized computer systems for recruitment (ATS);
  • Experience of working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
