· Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand job requirements and source for relevant candidates from various platforms.
· Participate in the entire recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS ) platform, including position administration, candidate interviews and evaluation arrangements and metrics reports.
· Support the maintenance of the ATS platform through consistent update of candidate profiles by tags and filters.
· Handle interview coordination and other recruitment related tasks, ensuring a positive candidate experience
