Responsibilities:

  • Find unique opportunities to engage with students and promote Pomerleau’s Campus Excellence Program with schools and universities across Canada;
  • Learn about attraction and engagement from organizing and attending events to coordinating the recruitment process;
  • Explore opportunities to expand and diversify campus and international recruitment efforts and uncover specialized programs and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and retain high-potential interns for future employment;
  • Support the facilitation of the Campus Excellence Program to ensure an incredible experience for all participants;
  • Learn about international recruitment and immigration requirements by assisting our internal immigration team;
  • Use your attention to detail and unique marketing skills to bring presentations to life and ensure top quality translation of documents in English and French;
  • Guarantee the success of talent operations by taking charge of and following up on important administrative tasks.
