Responsibilities:
- Get creative from writing and posting job advertisements to finding unique opportunities to attract and engage talent in our recruitment marketing efforts;
- Become an expert sourcer by developing and executing sourcing strategies, and building pipelines of talent for difficult to fill roles;
- Put your resourcefulness and technical skills to the test by supporting the transformation and improvement of systems and processes;
- Use your attention to detail and unique marketing skills to bring presentations to life and ensure top quality translation of documents in English and French;
- Lean on your organization and communication skills as you support and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in talent operations;
- Guarantee the success of talent operations by taking charge of and following up on important administrative tasks.
