  • Proven experience in leadership roles within Talent Acquisition, preferably in a large organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, compliance regulations, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate across the organization to meet short and long-term resourcing needs, driving company objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide functional expertise, resolve escalations, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to execute strategies effectively.
  • HR Partnership: Contribute to the HR Functional Plan, aligning people strategies with business goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute internal and external talent acquisition strategies in partnership with HR, Finance, Brand & Marketing to support business growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize Talent Acquisition KPIs, interpret data, and drive performance to meet business objectives.
