As a TA Manager (all genders) Warehouses, you will lead the entire talent acquisition team of the Warehouse sector. In this position you’ll be a crucial contributor to our mission to support our operational business with the right employees at the right time, mainly through steering our recruiting and temp work management teams at our warehouses.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team and 5+ years of recruiting experience preferably in a high-growth, performance focused environment
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to mediate between different teams and partners.
  • You show attention to detail while multi-tasking in a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills combined with strong problem-solver competence, seeking out solutions in an efficient and goal-oriented way.
  • You have an analytical mindset, are experienced with reporting and can think strategically, while observing the current talent market and its latest trends. You can think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • You are business fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel planning and deployment of operational staff and temporary workers at our German warehouses, collaborating with onsite P&O teams.
  • Manage the Zalando staffing network for German warehouses (Lahr, Erfurt, Mönchengladbach, Berlin).
  • Review relevant KPI`s and derive the right activities to continuously develop our processes and to set standards.
  • Ensure that service providers adhere to contractual agreements and key metrics. Audit agencies regularly on quality of assessment and recruitment processes. Increase audits as appropriate.
  • Engage with various internal and external stakeholder groups, esp. various logistics P&O teams and Temp Work Service Provider.
