Job Responsibilities
- Responsible on end-to-end recruitment processes from preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Establishment strong stakeholder relationships with partners, hiring managers and HR business partners
- Involved in campus outreach events, activities and programs to meet the hiring needs and create strong talent pipelines.
- Talent Mapping and pipeline planning
- Supporting any other ad-hoc TA admin or project work
Requirements
- Candidates with at least 2 year of experience in recruitment in Banking (Back Offiice)
- Candidate who has experiences in campus recruitment and TA coordination will have an added advantage
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
