Description:
YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter within a business. Experience recruiting sales people and/or media would be useful.
- 3+ years in a recruitment role.
- Demonstrable experience owning a recruitment framework in a standalone role.
- A creative, positive thinker, using innovative tools and methods to further improve our Talent Acquisition.
- A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm.
- An excellent communicator both face to face and in writing.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs, build job descriptions and create ad campaigns across our websites and 3rd party channels.
- Use multiple sourcing and advertising techniques to find suitable candidates.
- Review and propose changes where needed around our existing processes for recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.
- Carry out initial screening (with an administrator), lead our interviews and the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure onboarding and induction programs are robust and slick.
- Support managers with training and workshops on good recruitment
