We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as Canary’s first Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for recruiting top talent and ensuring our company attracts, hires, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5+ years of experience at fast growing technology companies, and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty while building out the talent acquisition function.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for positions including, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
  • Experience in recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work out of our office on Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create a recruitment process and execute such
  • Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
  • Sort and screen candidate resumes
  • Schedule phone and in person interviews
  • Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
  • Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
  • Administer pre employment testing as required, check references
  • Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Own recruiting agency relationships on behalf of every department
  • Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)
