Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our hiring teams across both Castro & Company, and our affiliate, Castro Puerto Rico, to understand business and priority hiring needs. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead and manage a recruiting team of 2 to 3 while also executing full cycle recruiting to achieve recruiting goals. This role is critical to the Firm’s continued growth!

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience’
  • Experience recruiting for a CPA firm or government contractor, as well as cleared candidates is preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing a recruiting team.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand new requisition requirements to facilitate sourcing.
  • Track record of proactively sourcing and engaging high volume of passive and active candidates that leads to quality hires.
  • Experience leveraging ATS to build and nurture candidate pipelines.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Advanced Boolean and sourcing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work over a 40-hour work week as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and execute the Firm’s talent acquisition strategy to meet business requirements and recruiting goals.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting from conducting intake meetings to extending offers.
  • Manage, coach and supervise a small recruiting team in full-cycle recruiting best practices and hold team accountable for achieving recruiting targets.
  • Actively source passive audit and advisory candidates with Public Trust, Secret, and Top Secret clearances for Federal Agency projects.
  • Perform phone screens to gather information on candidates’ education, experience, training, job skills and make recommendations to the hiring teams.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and accuracy of candidate’s status and information is kept up to date.
  • Build pipelines of potential candidates in the ATS for pending contracts or future career opportunities.
  • Develop and execute Career Fair/university recruiting strategy for entry-level positions and represent Castro & Company as needed.
  • Oversee weekly report updates to present to hiring teams.
