Description:

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by attracting and retaining top talent in the real estate sector. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet these requirements effectively. • Develop and implement a cohesive talent acquisition strategy to attract top industry talent. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the real estate sector. • Leverage various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and headhunting, to build a robust talent pipeline. • Collaborate with marketing to enhance our presence on social media platforms, targeting potential candidates. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Understanding how to leverage various platforms for talent acquisition is crucial. • Real Estate Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai/Saudi, including trends, key players, and specific challenges related to talent in this sector. • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and the dynamic nature of the real estate market. • Employer Branding: Skills in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the industry, utilizing social media, marketing campaigns, and networking events. • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make informed decisions. • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms to enhance the recruitment process. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the real estate or related industries. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
