Description:
Are you an adventurous soul? A champion of good design and beautiful experiences? Are you in search of opportunity, growth, and a better world?
Then maybe you belong with us.
We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Bristol or London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
Through the provision of a high-quality, end to end, talent attraction and recruitment service, you will source great quality talent that enables the business to fulfil our company vision, values, goal and overall ambitious growth trajectory. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment of our support office vacancies in the UK and Europe and supporting managerial operational roles when needed.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, gaining in-depth knowledge of the job specifications, qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required
- Develop internal capabilities through the provision of tools/resources for hiring managers (including training)
- Provide interview coaching and training to line managers and internal candidates
- Provide candidates with appropriate and constructive feedback where required
- Assist with decision-making and placement of successful candidates
- Develop and manage the digital recruitment agenda, utilising various channels (e.g. social media, LinkedIn, internet, job boards)
- You’ll be providing hands on recruitment support
- Act as the subject matter expert and consultant for managers across all levels of the business
- Sourcing candidates through various different methods, pre-screening, conducting 1st stage interviews and organising the full interview process – hiring entry level through to experienced hire
