We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, who is passionate about making an impact through sourcing and engaging candidates within Head Office market.

• You’ll take our brand straight to market to raise Nuffield Health as an employer of choice, engaging potential employees on what a career with us might look like, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• You’ll influence & guide our leaders, hiring managers and interviewers through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Build a candidate network of diverse talent pools through multiple channels.
• Find the right people, keeping time and cost per hire to a minimum.
