TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Function: People
Location: Edinburgh or London with hybrid working and UK Travel
Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: Permanent

This is a leadership role managing a team to attract and hire the best talent through challenging and supporting people managers to build diverse succession/talent pipelines and ensure the best possible candidate experience. In addition, you will play a key role in strategic workforce planning, creating data to provide internal and external insights and maximising the budget available.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for developing and implementing strategic recruitment and workforce planning initiatives that allow HEINEKEN UK to attract exceptional and significantly more diverse talent than we have ever before.
  • Provide clarity, capability and support for our hiring managers to allow them to objectively select the best candidates whilst providing a fantastic and inclusive candidate experience.
  • To support, and also challenge, our senior leaders to evolve their mindset on what great talent looks like, away from hiring from within our own industry to taking risks on candidates with potential and learning agility.
  • Increase the visibility, awareness and opportunity for internal progression, contributing to greater colleague engagement, retention and career mobility. Challenge and support people managers across HUK to build diverse succession/talent pipelines.
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the Talent Acquisition team, manage performance, support the creation of comprehensive development plans for each colleague and build a succession pipeline for the team.
