We are excited to share with you a great leadership opportunity managing a small RPO team. This team is well established, high performing and enjoys a strong partnership with our client.
As the TA Team Lead you will be responsible for driving the overall talent acquisition function, whilst delivering the commercial directives to ensure the overall success of the account.
Operating both strategically and tactically, you will add value beyond the recruitment process, delivering a best-in-class, bespoke talent acquisition solution for this client. You are an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background recruiting within FMCG or Consumer based environments, ideally with some manufacturing exposure. Additionally, you are a strong problem solver who can influence and implement directives with a proven track record in partnering with senior leaders and quickly becoming a trusted advisor and expert in strategic and operational talent management.
This role offers a great mix of people leadership, driving client service and delivery of projects.
Please note this role will require you to be onsite a minimum of 3 days a week at the office in Southbank.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the RPO solution delivers a high level of performance
  • Managing the end to end recruitment of your own portfolio within the solution
  • Managing, supporting and developing a team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Providing guidance and advice as a trusted partner adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying and engaging and retaining top talent
  • Driving continuous improvement projects
  • Ensuring strong commercial outcomes, contributing to budgeting, forecasting and P&L Management
  • Managing the contractual delivery requirements of the solution
