Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will proactively source and identify candidates for career opportunities at KAYALI. This role will be responsible for conducting searches for viable candidates, reach passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for future employment needs of KAYALI. You will recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with top tier talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will support the Talent Team who lead global recruitment and onboarding for all functions of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven 5+ years work experience as a Talent Partner, Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent written and communication skills and outstanding time-management skills
- A keen attention to detail, spotting and inconsistencies in our documents, processes, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Talent Team to search, screen, interview, select the potential, and qualified candidates
- Help draft JDs and post live jobs on LinkedIn and other job boards/sites as needed
- Field applications from the KAYALI careers page, company email, LinkedIn, and any other applications, funneling the best profiles to the Talent Team.
- Reformatting and organising any documents needed for the talent team, such as careers application forms, job descriptions, feedback forms, and reference checks.
- Support Talent Team by coordinating booking processes for interviews, as needed
- Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs, always staying ahead of the company’s talent needs
- Maintain and update our applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System, Workable
- Prepare candidate profile decks and ensure thoroughness and consistency in each candidate profile
