The Role: Reporting to the Head of HR and part of the 3-member HR team, the primary objective is to proactively attract top talent to Life Trading through a mix of advertising, direct sourcing, and recruitment campaign project work. The role provides effective and timely recruitment services to the trading, technology and corporate services teams.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years proven experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in proprietary trading industry preferred, technology, finance
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Direct sourcing experience and strong networking skills to connect with hard-to-reach candidates networking and
  • Strong Interview and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building ability
  • A track record of delivering continuous improvement/innovation and best practice through successful project management of TA initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of the trading market, technology domains, talent identification and cultural dynamics

PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or similar field
  • Hands-on experience working in a small team
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • A strong knowledge of current TA market insights, trends and technology
