WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Experience working in a tech start-up environment is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong organizational skills to easily manage the entire candidate pipeline for multiple positions is crucial
  • Able to think strategically to build an exceptional team that aligns with hiring manager needs and overall business objectives
  • Experienced in refining and improving recruitment strategies; a critical thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with candidates and potential hires to strengthen our branding

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager passionate about building a diverse, exceptional team of top-notch performers. You will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and building an outstanding team to drive Pontosense’s growth and success. As someone excited about the prospect of owning the recruiting process from end-to-end, you are strategic in your approach to hiring and are always looking for ways to improve and optimize recruiting operations. In short, you will become our team’s foundation, providing a strong talent base for which Pontosense will grow.

Please Note: This is a hybrid position and is based in our Toronto or Waterloo office. The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $104,000.
