Description:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Salary Range: £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
Working Location: Sunseeker World Headquarters, Poole
Hybrid Working Offered: Yes, minimum of three days per week in office

Responsibilities:

The Sunseeker Talent Acquisition Manager will be at the forefront of providing a high-quality recruitment service by delivering the right calibre of new staff at the right time whilst supporting talent initiatives to drive staff retention and succession.
Working within an established team, Sunseeker Talent Acquisition Manager will play an essential role in executing the talent acquisition strategy through ownership and development of the end-to-end recruitment process from initial vacancy approvals and tracking through candidate sourcing plus coordination and development of selection activity, candidate communication and reporting on function performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration and development of multiple candidate sourcing platforms, including, but not limited to: online, social media, print, careers events, recruitment agencies, referral schemes, early careers and offline campaigns
  • Development and delivery of the screening process ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Right To Work in the UK, the Equality Act 2010 and other relevant employment legislation
  • The development and coordination of selection activities, such as interviews, assessment centres, and trade/skill tests, with both external suppliers and internal resources
  • Supporting Line Managers with candidate selection and the interviewing process ensuring fairness and delivering guidance on collating developmental feedback for candidates
  • Acting as an employer brand guardian and delivering improvements for our employer brand through world-class relationship management with our candidates, recruitment partners, and the media and developing our online and offline recruitment presence
  • Supporting recruitment projects for early and adult-learning career entrants such as apprentices, graduates as well as Sunseeker Academy
  • Development, delivery and coordination of onboarding activities, such as induction training and orientation programmes
  • Provision of credible management information to support influencing and decision-making with a view to reducing time to fill, labour turnover or new starts and increasing the overall efficiency of the service
