Today Vestlane is a platform enabling fund managers to collect binding subscriptions and onboard investors fast and compliant. With our proprietary platform, we empower fund managers to build strong relationships and offer an excellent investor experience. Tasks
We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition & People Manager with passion for people and financial markets, sharing our mission to change the world of private investments.
Vestlane acts as a collaboration platform for all people involved in successful fundraisings, including lawyers, fund administrators, compliance officers, transfer agents, depositaries and other players.
You will be responsible for engaging and acquiring the best talent for our strongly growing company. You will work closely with Vestlanes‘s founders to set up effective recruitment processes to fill our hiring needs.
In addition to that you will be involved in other HR topics like HR operations and people development and retention topics.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment projects and fill roles for Vestlane
  • Collaborate closely with the entire team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Make every effort to turn our candidate journey into a great experience
  • Build up a talent network by using your extraordinary active sourcing and other innovative approach to attract talent
  • Staying up to date with relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes and channels with the main focus on improving the overall candidate experience
  • Drive your own projects within the talent team i.e defining strategy and executing on it
  • Engage in employee-related performance, retention, and development processes
  • Developing and promoting our brand to attract and engage top talent. This includes showcasing the company’s culture, values, and opportunity for growth.
  • Deliver a great onboarding and offboarding journey and continuously improve the process
  • Come up with new ideas, structures, and solutions to build a great culture and engagement in a hybrid company setup

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced and digital environment such as startups, venture capital, or professional services
  • A degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable training in the field of human resources
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media channels, with a curiosity for experimenting with new methods to optimize our candidate pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data and the ability to measure and drive performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter equipped with a proactive “can-do” attitude
  • Enjoys the challenge of finding and engaging with the ideal candidate
  • Possesses qualities of empathy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness that make you an ideal team member
  • A keen interest in venture building who will keep up to date with the industry trends and understand the current market dynamic
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
