Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for providing high-level end to end recruitment under a Centralised Recruitment model to Aegis Facilities. The successful candidate will be self-driven, a great communicator, be creative and innovative who uses these talented skills to source talented resources for Aegis. You will join our passionate and dynamic People & Culture team located at our Central office in Burswood.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a strong candidate experience providing exceptional end to end management of the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within Aegis.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, compliance documentation and employment contracts.
- Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates.
- Provide professional consultancy services to our Facility Managers and key stakeholders.
- Manage recruiting activity by actively tracking and monitoring key performance indicators of talent acquisition to ensure utilising strategic and creative sourcing channels.
- Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements and provide continuous process improvement.
- Develop creative job advertisement and implement new recruitment streams and platforms.
