• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition management to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation using applicant tracking systems and other records.
• Facilitate work permit processing and monitor foreign worker quotas.
• Screen and select candidates aligned with organizational culture and role requirements.
• Provide timely feedback to applicants on their status.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and department heads.
• Address HR-related inquiries and maintain regular communication with Team Members.
