Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

McLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Talent team on a part-time basis, (20 hours per week) for a six (6) month fixed-term contract. We are in the midst of exciting transformation, implementing new Talent Acquisition systems to streamline our processes and require a Talent Acquisition Officer who can pivot and provide the additional foundational support of administration and candidate management throughout this exciting change period.
This role is a remote-based position with the support of advanced technology and collaborative team structure, you will work from home and still not feel alone - we stay connected! You will be provided with laptop and monitor so you have all the tools you need to work effectively.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • You will support the Talent Acquisition team in a dual role that supports the administration of candidate assessment as well as the undertaking traditional talent functions including phone screens, schedule interviews and ensure compliance standards are met within the Aged Care Act.
  • Facilitate quality screening techniques and uphold compliance standards in accordance with Aged Care Act.
  • Maintain accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express) and current compliance database, whilst we transition into a new automated platform.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
