KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Enthusiastic, engaging verbal and written communicator, you will act as a brand ambassador for Munich Re Group.
  • Demonstrable experience of recruitment admin either in Agency, in-house or RPO model preferably with ATS experience
  • High level of IT literacy with advanced Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent diary management and ability to quickly prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify inconsistencies, trends and patterns when presenting data.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator you will support our regional Operations teams with the onboarding of new joiners, ordering and sending welcome boxes, updating new joiner details on our everbridge system, notifying reception or new arrivals and much more. In addition you will play a key part in the Recruiting process supporting multiple brands across the EULA in scheduling and coordinating interviews and assessments, liaising with external agencies and candidates to deliver and exceptional candidate experience and with the support of the Sr HR Administrator, distributing regional TA metrics and reports. You will report into the Head of HR Service Hub - Europe & Latin America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the EU & LatAm HR Service Hub team, support excellent TA & Onboarding delivery across all brands and entities:

  • Schedule candidate virtual interviews and face-to-face interviews, aligning calendars of internal stakeholders and external candidate.
  • Organise candidate interview debriefs with hiring managers, where required.
  • In collaboration with the Senior HR Administrator- EU & LatAm Analyse, review, coordinate, distribute and enhance TA report as well as regional UK&I TA report, sharing successes and improvements.
  • Work with relevant HR teams, locally and internationally, to pull data together to create monthly TA reports.
  • Support onboardee’s with completing personal information in SuccessFactors.
  • Ensuring a positive Onboarding experience; ensuring data is completed and submitted in a timely manner, welcome boxes are sent and working with local HR and IT teams to ensure smooth new joiner experience.
  • Partnering with Local Operations and Facilities Teams to provide weekly new joiner information.
  • Work with UKI TA colleagues regionally to ensure key regional initiatives are implemented and communicated within Munich Re UK Services , leveraging best practices and approaches.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly regional TA meetings and offsites where appropriate
  • Maintain shared TA shared mailbox with relation to interviews and resource desk tasks across regional TA.
