AstraZeneca is seeking Talent Acquisition, Partner to elevate our talent acquisition efforts. This role is instrumental in developing and executing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring AstraZeneca remains at the forefront of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions seamlessly – aligned to a business area/capability in partnership with the Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition colleagues to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capabilities and skills in a fast-paced challenging market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Partner with HR Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet talent needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Talent Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively anticipate talent requirements, create sourcing plans, and engage with potential candidates through various innovative channels, including social networking and web 2.0 technologies.
  • Employer Branding and Communication: Collaborate with the Employer Brand Strategy role holder to align recruitment advertising and communication materials with the Employer Brand Strategy, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content across all platforms.
  • Candidate Experience and Process Efficiency: Drive process efficiencies by streamlining local market sites and enhancing online touchpoints to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Life Cycle Involvement: Participate in all stages of the recruitment life cycle, from sourcing planning to hiring administration, ensuring the attraction and onboarding of top talent..

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Degree level education or equivalent preferred
  • Change Management: Proven experience in implementing change programs within talent acquisition or a related field.
