Responsibilities:

  • Talent Delivery: providing end to end delivery of recruitment requirements, implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top talent, and build strong pipelines to meet hiring requirements. Lead recruitment projects, especially for upcoming tender recruitment, supporting planning and recruitment activities to secure the best talent.
  • Talent Development: Coach managers on all aspects of recruitment, including effective interviewing techniques. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, implementing new recruitment practices & processes, effectively assessing position requirements, and sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Business Partnering: Offer expert advice, solutions, and support for all aspects of Asuria Recruitment, ensuring new hires align with company culture. Conduct effective headhunting practices to recruit candidates that meet Asuria’s specific needs.
  • Employment Branding: Work collaboratively with wider Marketing team to implement EVP and provide exceptional candidate experience to ensure strong brand and market reputation.
  • Talent Analytics: providing insights on market conditions and trends to support key hiring decisions and advising on recruitment best practices.
  • Talent Administration: Handle recruitment administration tasks such as job posting, phone screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Manage vendors and PSA efficiently.
