WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tribe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our hiring roadmap and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies align with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company’s success.
The successful candidate will likely have a blend of both agency and in-house experience, with candidates coming from high-growth tech companies preferred. Experience supporting the hiring for a broad range of functions and roles across both technical and non-technical hiring would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management:
- Utilise various channels and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead the screening and evaluation process to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the company culture. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Hiring Roadmap:
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs and proactively address any gaps.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Facilitate discussions to gather input and feedback on talent acquisition strategies.
- Job Descriptions and Interview Kits:
- Craft clear and compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Prepare interview question kits tailored to specific roles and competencies.
- Compensation Guidance:
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on salary ranges and compensation packages based on market trends, internal equity, and budget considerations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offers.
- Employer Branding:
- Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. Partner with communication teams to create compelling employer branding materials and initiatives.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
