- Casting the net wide – you’ll be recruiting across the entire spectrum, from visionary coders and UX wizards to sales virtuosos and marketing mavericks globally
- Crafting job ads that grab attention and hold onto it like a captivating story.
- Rocking interviews like a pro, digging deep to unveil the gems within.
- Keeping our candidates jazzed and feeling the Blinq vibe throughout the journey.
- Collaborating with teams to keep the talent train on track.
- Help with any coordination and HR admin to make our new blinqer’s transition smooth
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
