Symrise is seeking a talented individual to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Germany and the wider EAME region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving employer branding initiatives. Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Regional HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent positions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Assessment & Selection: Facilitate the assessment process to evaluate candidates’ skills and competencies using various methods, ensuring the selection of the best-fit candidates.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives, promoting Symrise as an employer of choice and contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Global Mobility & Offer Process: Collaborate with HR Services and Global Mobility on international hires, draft and review employment agreements, negotiate terms of employment, and deliver offers of employment.
    Requirements
    About you
    We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with several years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
    Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, especially in filling challenging positions or senior leadership roles, sets you apart. You’re not just familiar with sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search – you excel at them !
    Your proficiency in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems is matched by your skill in assessment methods, including cutting-edge techniques like competency-based interviews and psychometric tests.
    But it’s not just about skills… – your interpersonal finesse and communication prowess make you a standout collaborator. Fluent in both English and German, you bring a global perspective to our team.
