Talent Acquisition Partner
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Operation line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON. In this role, you develop and execute methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top professional sales talent for the organization. The STAL manages the full-cycle recruitment process including preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and presenting offers. The Senior TAL is expected to meet hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned. You will report directly to Talent Acquisition Manager and regularly collaborate with Human Resource department.
The salary range rate for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 CAD

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP)
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail oriented and self-sufficient
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
  • Able to outline L1-L4 leaders for assigned function and/or experience partnering with C-level Executives.
  • Goal-oriented with a successful track record of closing candidates from mid-level up to leadership roles.
  • Ability to provide accurate recruiting data such as TTF, Offer-to-Start ratio, and other key recruiting data and/or previously held to measurable metrics.
  • Successfully manage individual recruiting plan
  • Valuing each person’s unique perspectives and individual contributions

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
  • Effectively communicate the company culture and roadmap to a broad range of candidates, prospects, and industry professionals.
  • Working closely with management on all initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
  • Working as a strategic partner to the business and building trust with hiring teams
  • Working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
  • Preparing job descriptions and managing postings on CCS’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites
  • Managing all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintaining and promoting company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
  • Strategizing and facilitating multiple methods of building talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, professional events, sourcing campaigns, and special projects.
  • Ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Assisting with the initial and ongoing training and development of new as well as current talent acquisition partners.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert to both the talent acquisition team and business, by providing guidance on processes, and leading recruiting calls.
  • Creating and implementing strategies across multiple specialties within individual recruiting team.
  • Recruiting on international based requisitions as needed
