Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally at a mid-to-senior level
- In-depth knowledge of full-lifecycle talent acquisition and employer branding best practice
- Strong experience with HRIS, ATS and talent acquisition tools with a focus on data integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail
- You must be an Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- 4+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working for a global organisation with involvement in Asia -required•Internal Talent Acquisition experience highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards•Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Strong knowledge of employment law

Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the hiring managers in all matters relating to sourcing and selection and resourcing. Contribute to building the workforce of the future through comprehensive, quality workforce planning, strategy development and implementation.
