A vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Partner has arisen within ArianeGroup Germany. The successful applicant will join “JHDR - Recruitment, HR Marketing, internal Mobility & Workforce Planning”. You will join a dynamic, transnational team focused on recruiting and developing the employer brand.
Within Human Resources, the HR Development Department defines all talent management policies and processes and contributes directly to the company’s success. As a center of expertise, JHD interacts with numerous functions: HRBP, information systems, legal services, purchasing, communications, security, etc. as well as with a wide variety of external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recruiting experience, especially on technically demanding positions in the industry
  • Very good knowledge of sourcing tools and methods (inbound and outbound)
  • Fluent English mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Appetence for digital tools and technological or business developments
  • HR experience and knowledge of HR processes
  • Requires regular business trips to France and other sites in Germany

In order to meet operational requirements and serve our clients at the expected level of quality and efficiency, we are looking for highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join us.
Your role will be to ensure the success of the recruitment of your portfolio in close collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
You will execute recruitment action plans and implement initiatives to promote and source ArianeGroup positions to ensure the quality and efficiency of your recruitments.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force in developing the annual strategy for the company’s recruitment plan.
