JOB DESCRIPTION

NSF international is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our EMEA region. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner will all levels of the organization within various divisions. You will be a key member of the HR team that will support the success and growth of a complex organization.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Talent Manager, EMEA and will be located out of our Hamburg office with frequent visits to our office in Rheda.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having a first experience recruiting/hiring experience (staffing or HR corporate level)
  • Experience with recruiting in the scientific, food, water and/or technical industries
  • Online / trade publication job posting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Advanced sourcing skills including CV Database and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent MS Office software experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
  • Knowledge of local laws regarding employment practices
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process for assigned open positions including identify recruiting resources, sourcing, prescreening and qualifying candidates, providing a diverse pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers, developing interview questionnaires, interviewing all final candidates, reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements and compensation, ensure the job descriptions are updated.
  • Post job openings through ATS, LinkedIn and other resources as needed.
  • Proactively source candidates; connect with and attract passive talent; build pipeline of candidates.
  • Use creative networks and recruiting tools to find the best candidates.
  • Build relationships and influence internal customers.
  • Provide hiring managers with effective screening, interviewing, selection techniques.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews via MS Teams and travel to interviews as necessary
  • Maintain interview tracking systems and current openings/positions filled report.
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with university/college placement resources, industry related resources, direct placement and temporary recruiting agencies as needed.
  • Attend job events (universities, professionals) to promote NSF Brand
  • Support overall recruiting strategies, policies, practices, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
